For cancellations / rescheduling, a 24 hour notice is required. Any appointments cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged a fee. In the case of a 'no call, no show' you will be charged the full amount of the service you have booked and will no longer be able to book with Ethereal Esthetician in the future. All appointments MUST be confirmed, if any appointment is not confirmed by the 24 hour mark of your appointment it will be cancelled and you will then be charged for a late cancellation
